My Horror Experience in Nights of Fright 5 @ Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia

Awwww! Hmmm!! The day become dark and more darkest. Ready to feel the fear of Night of Frights (NOF 5) in the darkness at Sunway Lagoon this October for its spooktacular fifth year to be the scariest year ever. Night of Frights opened its gates of horror and gathering a various of ghosts, ghouls and sinister creatures. Thus Nights of Frights is first-time Sunway Lagoon's most scariest, frighting and outrageous, eerie, hair-raising haunted houses in Malaysia. So you have to think twice whether you dare to enter a various of haunted houses which is awaiting you to experience the fear of Nights of Fright 5. By the way, this is my first time to experience about Nights of Fright 5 at Sunway Lagoon in the night time. I am be thankful to my good friend, Selina Wing and her youngest sister who invited me to experience it first time. Her sister join us simultaneously.


Sunway Lagoon have launched Nights of Fright 5 on last 7 october, 2017. "Nights of Fright is one of the most significant events in our calendar and the whole team is committed to improve and make it more exciting every year. We have new attractions infused in this year's installment with different scare levels for all and we assure you that no guest will leave without screaming! Bring your loved ones to enjoy a night out at NOF5 or simply for them to face their fears!" said Sean Choo, General Manager of Sunway Lagoon.


Lynton V. Harris, Chairman & CEO of The Sudden Impact! Entertainment Company said "The team injected a slice of true events and myths inspired by Asian horror stories to create a close representation of the attractions. This year, we have Oujia, The Island of the Dolls, Dystopia and many more for the timid to the thrill junkies! The festival is scarier than before so come by as this is biggest and most anticipated event of the year!


Honestly, I am nervous and anxious because I never go to experience like this scary and darkness's halloween event at Sunway Lagoon. However, I feel relieve while I have my good friend who accompanied to calm down on me no matter what I have frighten in the situation.


Firstly, my friend and I am really surprise when there are a lot of overwhelming response from the public after Sunway Lagoon have launched Nights of the Undead Run event so, they make many young runners attracted by this marathon event! More than 1300 participants ran for their lives to the finishing line by completing obstacles such as Outbreak, Spider Web and Surivor at various stations. At the same time, the haunted houses and scare zones open its gate from 7.30PM from 7th october till 31 October 2017 every Friday till Sunday. Start to feel the fear the situation which have filled with a various of ghosts as I have mentioned earlier. As there will be 8 Haunted Houses, 5 Scare Zones, 11 Thrill Rides and 4 Show Stages!


After my group enjoyed  the refreshment in "Room 666" of restaurant, we got our chance to experience the different of Haunted Houses and Scary Zones where they are awaiting for us to step into their most horror and scarist zone! Wow! Wow! There are so many people are queuing up so very long at every lane of different haunted houses...


Firstly, my good friend and I wanted to step into Dystopia where it exposes you to a horrifying experience of patient treatment that are frightful to hear, daunting to see in Year 2147 which is filled with squalor, human miser, oppression, disease and overcrowding in the haunted hospital. First time, we walked into this long lane in the haunted hospital and wonder when we could go out from this place. So Scary!

In addition, there are more haunted house that we have go through such as "The Island Of The Dolls", where it has a lot of dolls anywhere that it is a replica of an accidental tourist attraction in Mexico island, due to a tragic disaster. Meanwhile "Oujia", makes us frighten when see a scary seance in the mysterious and long abandoned attic of Mr.E.J.Bond Esquire's home. Just like that we experience to stay in his house with the quiet and horrifying environment. Do you dare to step into this house? Come to try it out yourself if you curious!


"Day of The Dead" in 3D room required that we have to wear the 3D glasses to see it more clear and reality in 3D especially, every things in dark light around the edges until there is only darkness and expose to the phenomenon of life of the dead. Remember to stay alert with the dead souls because they would like to follow us when we experienced along the realm of the dead!


During this time, there will be a various of ghosts will be walking around us especially you could hear the scary sound where people are screaming loudly suddenly. Prepare yourself before you are easily frightened by them. Not only that, there are another haunted house around Sunway Lagoon such as Ghostbusters that you will scream and increase your fear level especially wandering through the iconic Firehouse HQ and some infamous ghost locations such as Aldridge Mansion and Seward Street Subway. Besides that, if you curious to know about the bloody affair of a lover returning as a Pontianak and unfaithful husband as Pocong, just go through Pontianak vs Pocong haunted house.


If you love to watch the most scariest movie, you will see different characters of all time who come to life and celebrate a night of horror at Horrorwood Studios. Lastly, if you feel not scary enough to experience the high fear, come to experience Zombie Apocalypse will haunt and chase you once you step into a lot of zombie room and you have no room to escape. It is most worst experience that you will face! Dare?


However, there are scary zones that you wanted to try out such as Forest of Fear where you have to walk around the forest, you might be surprise when encounters with Hantu Pocongs and Pontianaks when walk through different lane in Forest Of Fear. Other than that, you can try different scary zones such as Zombie Pirates, Judgement Lane, March Of The Undead and Horrorwood Boulevard are awaiting you to experience. So you ready to brave for these zones? If you want to experience all things as what I have mentioned earlier. Hungry?
