Magical Forest Charity Run @ Taman Botani Shah Alam

Imagine to run under the magical with the green and beautiful environment! Wow!! The wishes really become true! Guess what? My good friends and I were very exciting to peek and experience the Magical Forest Charity Run. So cool and interesting! We glad to make the correct decision to choose one event where we had to be part of the "magical" event was very great and awesome because the Milo marathon happened at same time, we decided to join this Magical Forest Charity Run! Definitely, we love it both! Anyways, I love to share my awesome experience with you guys! As you know, I always joined few marathon with my good friends before.


Well, Magical Forest Charity Run was really caught my eyes even my good friends also interested to join this. As we curious to explore about this Magical environment. It was happening on 29 May 2016 and it held at Taman Botani, Shah Alam. First time we were been in Taman Botani. The route was 7 KM Fun Run for all men and women open! We wake up so early as usually. No need to surprise! Even We wanted to find the park due to the limited parking slots there.


We managed to find it despite we arrived a bit late. The day still dark and the environment was quiet and we explored around the booths before we started to flag off at 7.15am. Wow!! The time passed quickly, the situation was getting noise, lively and energetic due to the gathering was more crowd while waiting for the flag off time.


I noticed that the face painting booth got a long queue up where the runners wanted to do it. So those crew was very busy to paint the runner's face or arm! My good friend, Kim interested to have a paint on her arm. This was quite different from previous event. Those crew had to take some time to paint. They could choose the character or symbol where they want to put such as flower, tree, fairy, superheroes and many more! Meanwhile my other friend and I just enjoyed to take photos around the environment.



Yahoo!! Spot many medals on the table! A plenty of the medal was awaiting for us!! Wow!! The light green color on Magical Run could be seen at the Start Line! So Happy!!


We found out about the mystery map at the park entrance. The route map was very cool! We'r ready to explore and run under the Magical Story! There was 4 different magical stories which was awaiting us to conquer the place around the park such as Far Far Away Kingdom, Neverland, Stone Age and Wonderland! That time we had been in the Magical World already! Nervous or anxious?? So funny! It was amazing and awesome experience!


This marathon held to raise the awareness and funds for the environment and highlight the urgent need for public to preserve our Earth especially it is the aid of Forest Research Institute Malaysia's forestation efforts. So therefore, we have to aware more about the importance of the green environment and Earth. It was very good purpose which combined to the healthy lifestyle with the fresh breathe and air under the beautiful forest and tree.


In addition, there was a mystery magical around the park where they surprised us with the beautiful fairy and several of Magical character hide from us indirectly. Make us curious more! Sounds interesting!



A lot of lady runners love to decorate their running outfit with fairy wings, magic wands, pixie dust, elvish ears and anything that fits the magical theme! Let's going to spot where was the magical characters along the route! Once the day turned into a beautiful and sun day, the warm up session started immediately due to the flag time off would be started. So we ready to run and walk to the park. The park welcomed us to the animal park! Let's us wish some desire! Our wishes would be fulfilled in Magic. Believe it ya! Interesting!

Along the route, there was few characters appeared around the park and we took photo with them immediately which they hidden in the mystery location as what I mentioned earlier. We were very happy and delighted to spot them!


So cool! Beautiful fairy and angel were around us. Angel would give us a beautiful magic and our wishes will come true for sure. Believe in myself.


Anyways, we kept to walk and run till the Finish Line. Clap! We happy to be completed 7 KM at lastly.



Of course, we were very thirsty and need to drink the cold beverages. Wow! the booth served the drink such as malted chocolate drinks and cendol. The crew was very busy to treat many runners included us. Felt cool after drank it!



Besides that, there was a stage where they had a fantastic prizes at Lucky Draw session. Everyone anxious and hope that we got lucky draw! Congratulations to those lucky winners. Lastly, it was a great event that we had participate ever we experienced. Especially we live in the Magical world within few hours. We happy to get a beautiful leaves medal with the special themed. So that's why it was a unique event related with the green environment. Looking forward to see that many people would donate and raise the awareness about the importance of the forest and green environment to protect our earth.
