Thank you so much, my good friends who have invited me to explore about the Deaf Expression: Liberation Through Art Exhibition. It is my pleasure to visit the unique ART exhibitions. It is a truly special because Deaf Artists express their expression through ART. Especially, they share their creative painting with different expression where they express their own life such as emotions, aspirations, dreams, challenges, struggles and many more. Thus, the theme of Art Exhibitions which is really capture my heart because of the tagline is quite touching. It is an Art Journey into the Silent World of the "Eye People".

RC Deaf Missions Malaysia launched the Deaf Expression - Liberation Through Art on first day, 26 May 2017

During the event, there are many VIPs attend and love to see the drawing on the exhibitions.
They are from high commissioners and representatives from embassies of Solomn Islands, Namibia, China, Japan and Vanuatu. It is a honor to witness that YB Senator Bathmavathi Krishnan gives her wonderful speech and has launched the Deaf Art Exhibitions with the talent and extraordinary Artist named Zulaiha Zulkapli, Lau Yok Ung and Chong Kai Zhen who have revealed their creative skills through their beautiful and fansantic ART. Their drawings are really awesome and interesting.

YB Senator Bathmavathi Krishnan gives her speech
Anyways, YB Senator Bathmavathi Krishnan's speech is truly a meaningful as it gives an awareness for the public about Deaf Culture and Deaf people has their talents and skills to reveal their capabilities and prove that Deaf People can DO as what hearing people Do! Most importantly, Deaf People prove that the disability is not an obstacle to stop them to purse their dreams. And she share about her inspiration life as well. So awesome!

In addition, YB Senator Bathmavathi Krishnan enjoys to explore about Artworks comprising paintings and papercut crafts which displayed on the ART exhibitions with the talent Deaf Artist who gives the explanations about the meaning of their own artworks in front of her. Each Deaf Artist indicates their different skills and perspectives about ART however, they express the same feeling through the ART with different aspiration, dreams, nature, challenges and many more. Honestly, I impressed with their Art on the exhibitions. There is a variety of Art such as natural scenery, village, animals and many more.

Beside that, ART is very empowering to express and liberate the spirit. Obviously, I proud that Deaf people can DO and looking forward to see that hearing people change their mindset about the aspect and perspectives for deaf people included disability people.

I happy that my senior, Zulaiha Zulkapli (Mix Media and Oil on Canvas) 's painting is very beautiful. She is very good in painting!
A veteran Artist, Lau Yok Ung really focuses on his inspiration "Eagle"canvas.
Hope this exhibition can encourage and influence other Deaf show their talent skills in the society and increase the awareness about Deaf Culture from the public. As the result, it is really wonderful time to explore about the beautiful Art with my good friends. Especially I dumped into my ex teacher for my primary school. Wow! I never expect to see my teacher. By the way, it is quite great to see her after many years!

I admired her because she paints a very big canvas, it takes few years to complete this!
I meet my old teacher again! She teached me in my primary school!
There is one of Zulaiha's paintings successful to be sold out! Good for her!
Lau's talent attracted a client who bought one of his "Eagle"canvas. Great!
