Do you want to learn how to make adorable meringue cookies at home? As we know, COVID-19 pandemic spread and many of us were forced to spend more time at home. Cooking and Baking become popular diversions. Carol, a full-time mother and aspiring entrepreneur, takes a golden opportunity to expanding business by providing online culinary courses to students all over the world. Semi-Sweets is highly recommended for online learning at home.

Do you want to know more about Carol's story? The story is truly inspiring. Carol has always had a passion for food, and when she was younger, she loved eating Hua Zai Bing, a delicious meringue-like sweet topped with pink frosting. As she grew older, she began to learn how to make them herself, and the popularity of these desserts has grown in recent years. While they were once a simple shape, bakers are now creating an increasing number of unique shapes and colours due to the rise of social media and increased demand.

She decided to start her first business, Semisweets, after seeing the growing demand for these sweet treats and discovering that her friends and family couldn't get enough of her unique designs. These treats are made with egg whites and sugar and must be baked at a low temperature, allowing them to be formed into almost any shape.

Even she had experience working as an assistant in her husband's company but the new baking business allowed her to work from home and care for her children. For Carol, baking is more than a job; it's a passion, and seeing people's smiles and happiness when they eat her creations is what motivates her to succeed.

Semisweets gained in popularity, and she began making more sophisticated patterns, ranging from cute cartoon creatures and animals to popular characters from Sesame Street, Snow White, and other shows. This made them the perfect dessert for any event, including birthdays, weddings, and family dinners, and their popularity soared, leaving Carol juggling her baking and family duties until late at night.

When the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, she continued to prepare her delectable delights, but with more time at home, her customers began asking for directions on how to produce these sweet treats themselves. She hosted her first online teaching course in October 2020, and since then, she has assisted over 1500 students from all over the world, including Malaysia and Singapore, Brunei, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United States, Canada and Australia.

Because forming the intricate designs of these delicacies can be difficult, Carol's classes carefully guide students through the process. She takes them through the steps to make their own gorgeous sweets, step by step. Carol has attracted a large number of her pupils who had previously attempted to learn through other online platforms such as YouTube. Carol, on the other hand, ensures that her pupils have everything they need to begin baking their own products with over 70 videos and approximately six hours of detailed instructions.

Carol said that, “I have always loved seeing the reactions of people when they first see my sweets and then how they smile when they first taste them. After having dozens of requests during lockdown from customers wanting to try their hands at cooking them themselves, I decided to launch my online courses.

"The response has been fantastic, and I've assisted people from all over the world in understanding the intricate process of manufacturing these one-of-a-kind delicacies. My objective is to keep putting a smile on people's faces, and as more kids learn how to make these treats, they'll be able to spread the joy even further" she added.

That is a fantastic story. Why didn't you try to enroll in this online course if you are interested in learning more about it? Grab this golden opportunity to surprise your family and children with your own baking and make them happy.
