Experiencing Dolly Dim Sum, Halal Dim Sum in Malaysia

My good friend and I had a sudden craving for Dim Sum while shopping at the mall. Anyway, there is a restaurant that serves a wide range of Dim Sum. So fortunate to find such a restaurant in a shopping mall. Can you guess where we are going? Dim Sum is quite popular among Chinese people. However, I rarely go to Dim Sum restaurants because the prices are high and the portion sizes are small. Definitely, the flavour is delectable. But I can still go when I have a craving for it. This time, we ate at Dolly Dim Sum, a dim sum restaurant packed with people of all races. As a result, the environment is quite unique. Dolly Dim Sum serves halal authentic Chinese Dim Sum. So Dolly Dim Sum is a halal certified and muslim friendly restaurant. For Muslims or those who are unable to consume pork but want to enjoy a delicious dim sum, this is a must-try.

What strikes me is that the environment is quite elegant, with a Chinese style of interior design. As a result, we feel more at ease dining in. According to the story of Dolly Dim Sum, Dolly Dim Sum is a contemporary take on a traditional Chinese tea restaurant. It is a modernised dim sum house that specialises on modern authentic dim sum and offers an all-day grazing experience. Dim sum literally translates as "to touch the heart." Dim sum is an art form to us; each piece is delicate and exquisite, similar to a "dolly." We are happy to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience at Dolly Dim Sum, which includes high-quality ingredients, warm service, and a stunning dining ambience.

As we all know, dim sum is a traditional Chinese meal consisting of small plates of dumplings and other snack dishes that is usually served with tea. When we check at the menu, we see that they provide Steamed, Fried, Baked Panfried, Congee, Cheong Fun, Rice & Noodles, Wok Specials, Vegetables, and Desserts. It is really tempting to me. 

They have an unique Dimsum called "Har Gao" prawn dumplings, as well as soft chicken and prawn dumplings (Siew Mai). and steamed rice rolls with a special belacan sauce cooked from scratch (Cheung Fun). Egg custard bun, Szechuan style dumplings, and wok special are among the most popular meals, as are fried rice and Cantonese fried noodles. Aside from that, you can sip oriental-inspired drinks like Lemongrass or Pomegranate-infused Jasmine Iced Teas. A comprehensive selection of authentic Chinese teas is also available.

Despite our desire to try a variety of Dim Sum and other dishes, my good friend and I only chose a few to satisfy our taste buds. Our dishes are "Har Gao" dumplings, "Siew Mai" dumplings, Yam Croquette and Dolly Mozza Roll. We are curious about the flavour of these dishes. This cuisine makes us happy.
