Hello...I read the article about an interesting topic which is a motivation. I think most of us would feel stress with working life and many more. Sometimes it leads to the depression and negative thoughts appears in the mind due to lack of motivation. It is true.
Why We Lose Motivation?
There is few reasons we lost motivation; it is three main reasons.
- Lack of confidence(you don't believe you can succeed)
- Lack of focus (you don't know what you want)
- Lack of direction(you don't know what to do)
How to boost Confidence?
The first thing is to kick out the lack of confidence. It happens when you want to achieve as what we want to do but can not success with it. it appears the negative thoughts directly. Normally, past failures, bad breaks and personal weakness. It leads you feel jealous with the competitiors and start to excuses for why you can't succeed as what they do.
How to rid out of the lack confidence?
- Focus on gratitude in stead. Just think positive about everything in your life.
- Make a mental list of your strengths, past successes and current advantages. You will know and realise how competent and successful you already are. You will be motivated indirectly and remove negatives thoughts. You will feel gratitude about yourself.
- When you think negative, the more negative thoughts in your mind. However when you think positive, you will believe that you can deserve the success and achieve the goal easily.
Set up on focus
The second thing should to remove the lack of focus. Well, Ever you focus on what you don't want? than a goal? Normally it appears the fear in mind. For example; afraid of being poor, Afraid no one care of me, Afraid of being alone. It just a thoughts only. The better method is to do something than think about it over and again.
Let say, if you feel fear based thinking. the solution is focus on the goal which is required an actions. An example is you afraid of being poor, just create a plan to increase the income or obtain the higher paying job or many more. Just focus on your positive mind to achieve in stead ambiguous fear. If you worry about the future, you should start to do something about it and focus and work hard on it. It leads you motivate yourself to take action. That's one you will know what you want.
The final thing is to develop the direction. It means if you focus on something, it means you have a goal. the direction is having a day to day strategy to achieve it. A simple example, a person want to have a popular blog but who spends time more time on reading posts about blogging than actually writing articles.
The main key of finding the direction is to identify the activities that lead to success. Make a lot of all your activities and arrange all goal which is important and not important to be success. Then carry out the action plan which focus on the activities that lead to big success and returns.
