After I read a magazine, I found an useful information about a fruit. So I want to share with you all about it. Although I know that all fruit is very good and have a lot benefits for our body. However there are some types of fruits which is less known than the class of other fruits such as corn. Despite it is not popular if compare with other fruits but corn has its own special unique for your health. 12 useful benefits that you should know about corn.

- Vitamin C, carotenoids and bioflavinod found in corn which is believed to help increase blood flow in the body.
- To help with kidney problems. The method is to eat boiled corn everyday.
