MyKori Dessert Cafe @ Kepong

Yahooo!! After 5 years, I am delighted to dine at MyKori Dessert Cafe. I'm glad MyKori Cafe is still open for business. I was surprised to see such drastic changes in only five years. My most recent visit to MyKori Dessert Cafe was in the year 2018. They have already expanded their business to over 100 outlets in Malaysia. Absolutely, most dessert lovers, including myself, are very excited to visit MyKori Dessert Cafe because it offers a variety of Shaved Ice, which is a popular and signature dessert in Malaysia. As a result, I'm heading to a nearby outlet in Laman Rimbunan Kepong. No worries, because this Dessert Cafe is on the first floor and the Family Mart is just downstairs.

Before we entered MyKori Dessert Cafe, I was surprised to see a vertical banner introducing a new menu that included Korean Food Recipe and many others sorry for covering the beautiful mural where there are a lot of Unicorn preparing the dessert, enjoy eating Shaved Ice and others! The environment is quite spacious, and clean, and there are many menu photos that hang on the wall, as well as a mural of a unicorn that enjoys seeing the beautiful flowers and mountains in the background. We will feel cold when we enter this cafe because the air conditioning is quite strong.

My good friend and I ordered two kinds of Signature Kakigori last time, but it was quite large for us. We were already feeling full. Anyway, they currently offer a good solution and selection in the form of Signature Kakigori in sizes Large and Mini. So we can go with mini Kakigori. You may read my previous post at

However, Mykori Dessert Cafe is crowded. They will usually come here after lunch or dinner. Especially at dinnertime, when everyone crowds and every table is already full. We are drooling and craving a variety of desserts. Anyway, my friend and I decided on Chocolate Banoffee Kakigori in size Mini and Korean Fried Chicken(Boneless in Yangnyeom flavor) Let's bite into my dessert now! To be honest, I'm surprised they added so many different foods and desserts.

Aside from that, we tried Kakigori's other signatures before. Watermelon Kakigori is one of Kakigori's signature flavours because it only contains Watermelon Ice, Lychee, Nata De Coco, and Chocolate Chip and it looks exactly like watermelon fruit. It's not overly sweet and tastes great because it's all fruit.  I like this fruit because it is not overly sweet. By the way, the flavour is entirely up to individual taste. Aside from that, Mout Mauve Kakigori is truly attractive and impressive because it melts everyone's heart. Mout Mauve Kakigori is made up of Mix Berry Ice, Fresh Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Whipped Cream, and Kuriaro Rose Powder, and is the perfect combination of sweet and sour. The flavor is quite good. In addition, we tried Thai Tea Kakigori and Melon Kakigori. This makes me very happy. Despite the fact that it is somewhat pricey, I recommend that two or three people share the Kakigori Large size; otherwise, it is entirely up to you. Discover the quote "Life Is Short, Eat Desserts First" in this cafe. Just enjoy a bite of your favorite dessert!

At the very least, it made me feel sweet and happy after tasting the dessert. You can, of course, bring your beloved family and friends. Let them discover what's new about Kakigori. It is quite unique and special because Japanese dessert is popular in Japan, especially because it is in a different style than the ABC concept in Malaysia, which we are quite familiar with! Overall, it is suitable for anyone who wants to give it a try. At the very least, try it once. Enjoy your dessert!

You can even shoot your beautiful dessert because it has a very impressive and friendly camera and love to upload your photo to Facebook and Instagram. So cool! If you want to know more about MyKori, you can follow them on their Social Media as below:-
