MAGGI Celebrates Malaysia, From Farm To Families, Proudly Made By Malaysian For Malaysians

MAGGI has had a special place in Malaysians' lives for over five decades. Since 1969, iconic favourites like Chilli Sauce and MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles have seamlessly woven themselves into countless homes, becoming an integral part of significant good-food moments. The deep affection for MAGGI has resulted in the brand being present in 9 out of 10 households. This demonstrates how MAGGI has become the favourite brand for expressing love and that special touch through cooking - 'Air tangan,' that personal touch infused in every meal.

In a celebratory event today, MAGGI brought to life the essence of 'cita rasa' Malaysia through the 'air tangan' of Malaysians. Four passionate foodies proudly displayed their 'air tangan' through delectable creations using a wide range of MAGGI products. Among the highlights are the classic duo of Ayam Masak Merah with Nasi Tomato, creatively prepared with a healthy twist; and the transformation of a humble packet of MAGGI Asam Laksa Noodles into an authentic Sabahan dish by incorporating a local ingredient, jeruk tuhau.

'Air tangan' is more than just a love language in cooking; it also represents the care and dedication of Malaysians who work tirelessly behind each MAGGI product. MAGGI is truly made in Malaysia, with two manufacturing facilities in Selangor and Sarawak dedicated to bringing Malaysians' favourite flavours into their homes.

In the spirit of celebration, MAGGI recognised a number of highly dedicated colleagues who have worked tirelessly behind the brand. This includes chilli farmers like Noraini binti Ismail, who has spent the past 23 years constantly learning new farming techniques to ensure that the soil is fertile and yields high-quality chillies for MAGGI Chilli Sauce. Mohd Khusaini Bin Awang, the Factory Quality Assurance Manager who has been ensuring the highest quality and taste consistency of Malaysians' favourite MAGGI 2-Minute Kari Noodles for 27 years, and many other inspiring stories.
