Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA (MOP KLIA) launched new Phrase 3 reveals 5 large concept stores @ Sepang, Malaysia

MFMA Development Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd (Mitsui Fudosan) and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (Malaysia Airports) has announced that Phase 3 expansion of Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang (MOP KLIA) would open to the public on April 24, 2022. MOP KLIA is conveniently located just 8 minutes away from KLIA and klia2 and approximately 45 minutes from the KL City Centre. The outlet mall is easily accessible via highways such as ELITE, LDP, KESAS, MAJU Expressway, North-South Expressway Central Link, and NKVE. Getting to MOP KLIA is also simple because there are numerous public transportation options.

The trendiest, most famous, and hottest sports zone, as well as a variety of modern house and living chain stores, were unveiled in Phase 3. Customers will enjoy a new and exciting shopping experience, improved browsing, exclusive in-store events and services, and imaginative displays at the stores. These are the stores that are always desired and dreamed of shopping, especially by young adults and sports fans.

Phase 3 has proudly to introduced two brand new tenants; OBJET and COURTS as well as new concept stores by Adidas, Nike, and PUMA have been relocated and expanded to the new areas in Phase 3. Adidas and PUMA will become one of the largest outlets to open in Southeast Asia, while Nike will introduce Malaysia's first concept store as part of this expansion. It has approximately 82,885 square feet of gross floor area.

Definitely, my good friend and I are excited to explore the newly stores; OBJET offers a wide range of merchandise and products designed to furnish every living space in a home, as well as every imaginable nook and cranny, from the kitchen to the dining room, the living room to the bedrooms and bathrooms. OBJET has something to suit diverse moods, styles, and tastes for any event, whether it's intricate or simple, lavish or intimate, rich or post-modern minimalism. OBJET at MOP KLIA is the first outlet store of its kind in Malaysia. This store is highly recommended if you want to have a lovely decoration at your home.

In addition, you can anticipate the opening of the new COURTS, which will provide a more immersive shopping experience with an experiential retail environment and a large choice of electrical, IT, furniture, and bedding products. Not only that, they offer product consultation and after-sales services to meet the needs of their consumers as well.

The new adidas Factory Outlet at MOP KLIA is Southeast Asia's largest factory outlet, including a premium factory outlet concept and top-tier product offers across a variety of sports categories. 

Another fascinating sports outlet that buyers can look forward to is the PUMA Factory Outlet Concept Store, which is also the brand's first flagship outlet store and is also the largest in Southeast Asia. 

In addition, Nike's first-ever concept store, Nike Unite KLIA, is also located in Phase 3's sports zone. It portrays the community's heart and character, honoring everything from local monuments to hometown athletics. It's a home court that brings fans of sports closer to the action. There are a lot of new trend products that have been released. You can buy a variety of sports categories. It may be a good idea to give it as a birthday gift to a family member or friend.

In conjunction with the official launch of Phase 3, MOP KLIA is holding a contest to give away a Toyota Rush. However, at least one of the receipts must be from one of the selected outlets, namely adidas Factory Outlet, COURTS, Nike Unite KLIA, OBJET, or PUMA Factory Outlet Concept Store.

TJ Cheah, Deputy Managing Director of MFMA said the launch of Phase 3 is time to welcome the increasing footfall traffic at the mall.

“MOP KLIA is fast gaining popularity as the shopping destination for branded goods and the mall has seen a tremendous increase in its in-store traffic over the years. MOP KLIA’s footfall increased during the last holiday season, which led to the success of its year-end sale that lasted from December 2021 until mid - January this year,” he said. 

MOP KLIA has extended its parking space to suit the increased traffic into the outlet mall, in addition to the inclusion of new large concept retailers. Apart from the Hari Raya promotions, which will run from April 1 to May 8, 2022, with the official launch of the new phase, customers can expect good deals and bargains.
