Importance of Vitamin

Health is a part of important element in our life. If have a good healthy, then we can live longer. Otherwise, we have a short life. As the result, we have to take care our health as long as we are alive in the earth. However, I want to write a short brief about vitamin. I think that most of us would know about vitamin. Correct? you all will answer "YES" but a small amount which is few people of us would know what is the importance and function of each vitamin. Anyways, take a relaks now. Just read the next paragraph and just understand about it. Should be enough.
There are 13 essential vitamins that are "must have". It is A, C, D, E, K and eight types of B vitamins. Each vitamin has a specific duty within our body. It is very essential in order to maintenance daily and repairs our body needs every day. Other than that, converting food into energy and keeping cells healthy included supporting the immune system.


Do you know if it is too much to take vitamin and mineral supplements may be dangerous to health? Anyways, you should be get advice from an experienced doctor to prevent other problems from occurring.



Vitamin A
Function
To cooperate with the gene body growth, this vitamin helps to maintain healthy eyes, skin, and hair as well as help the body fight off any infection

Visibility was reduced and dry skin

Damage to the liver, bone, vision disturbances. The signs palms and yellow eyelids

Liver, carrots, dairy products, red potatoes, pumpkin, mango, spinach, cheese and pepper

Function
To help absorb calcium and phosphorus for healthy bones and teeth.

Muscles and bones become weak

Tuna, shrimp, butter, sunflower seeds and fish oil



Vitamin E
Function
Natural antioxidant, helps heal wounds, prevent scarring, nerve health care, and red blood cells.

Symptoms of deficiency
Rare, generally wound healing process will be slow

Risk if consumed too much
Headache, fatigue and muscle weakness

Peanuts, olive oil, almonds, sun seed oil



Vitamin K
Function
Help the process of blood clotting.

Symptoms of deficiency
Abnormal blood clotting (it is rare for adults but usually occur for newborns)

green leafy vegetables, soybeans, cabbage, broccoli, milk, liver, asparagus



Vitamin B1
Function
The process of formation energy, enhance fertility, heart health and nervous system

Symptoms of deficiency
Muscle weakness, lack of concentration and cardiac disorders

Wheat, beans, rice and oatmeal


Vitamin B2
Function
Helps the metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and maintain brain function and stimulates red blood cell

Symptoms of deficiency
Nausea, muscle weakness

Rice, liver, heart, beans, chicken, beef, and tuna



Vitamin B5
Function
Essential for the occurrence of fatty acids and good cholesterol

Symptoms of deficiency
Difficult to diagnose

liver, almonds, mushrooms and eggs
 

Vitamin B6
Function
Important for the metabolism of carbohydrates and amino acids as well as protect the nervous system

Symptoms of deficiency
Headache, confusion, anemia, immune compromised, itchy hands and feet

Risk if consumed too much
For pregnant women, it can cause nerve damage

Sources of food
Garlic, liver, brown rice, beef, salmon, tuna, bananas and walnuts
