When my good friend and I saw the Chinese Logo of the restaurant. I thought that it was an history about the pork cuisine. So my guessing was correct. This restaurant had a history about the Pork Knuckle recipes and the current owner of The Champ Kitchen who was 4th generations. So he had a passion to continue and spread his great-grandfather's recipes with the special and unique pork dishes to satisfy the customers in the restaurant.
When we stepped into the restaurant, we noticed few cute piggies where welcomed us and a huge wok inside the restaurant. Anyways, the environment was clean and comfortable to seat. The decoration was quite nice and many photos about the history of The Champ Kitchen's meals and the unique delicious pork knuckles which was hanging on the wall. Each of the photo had a meaningful explanation.

Despite I was not really like oyster so much however, I love to try and eat it in order to know the taste how it look likes as I was very curious. As usually, oyster can be smell so strong when bite it slowly. It was delicious especially eat it with the sauce had been topped together.
