What a great weekend. I was so exciting to meet my good friend and her friend at some place where really gave us a warm feeling especially we chill out together for a great time. Want to take some relax or need a calm at the quiet place? Or relieve your mind to get rid of the noisy environment? In Kuala Lumpur, there was a place which was suitable for all people who want to have a relax while enjoy to have a great food and coffee around the garden. In addition, it was suitable for family who plan a simple picnic and could spend time with beloved family at the garden surrounding Kuala Lumpur. It would make us feel close to nature dining area like a backyard garden.

Curious where was the location? Let's going to explore this place. It was Green Tomato Cafe which was an urban oasis. No wonder, it was hidden place and so away from the hustle and bustle of city life in a beautiful views because this place was surrounding with the garden which was decorating with batik textiles and paintings. So it can give you a warm and calm feeling when step in this place. What a funny thing was my friends and I almost lost our way to Green Tomato Cafe however we managed to find the location. Surprised to see the environment there. Peace environment and garden style cafe. No worries, they provided a free wifi provided so that you enjoy to surf Internet anytime. So cool!

Want to learn the Batik? Come!

When we stepped in this place, we started to feel fresh and comfortable to see around the beautiful trees, flowers and grass. One more interesting thing was MyBatik workshop with the cony environment. It had a wide variety of art and crafts activities. Those people who love to learn Batik Art in the workshop.

It would be more fun when you can plan a picnic with family or friends at same time, you can do activity of learning the Batik. It was very convenient and enjoyable when you are watching your children who love to play some games and walk or run around the garden with fresh atmosphere.

Wow! There was a cute playground around Green Tomato Cafe. We were hungry easily after we got sweat so much, The owner of Green Tomato Cafe welcomed us with a cheerful greeting. Quite friendly lady. While we waited for our meals, we walked and explored around Green Tomato Cafe and MyBatik workshop. In addition, there was Batik souvenir shop where was available. As we curious and love to see something. So it was exciting feeling. Really gave me a warm and calm feeling on weekend.

Besides that, Green Tomato Cafe got many compliments which was the best place that provide the cafe combined with MyBatik workshop which encouraged many people visited this place especially it attract the tourist so successfully. So that's why many people enjoyed to learn batik activities. It had a great outdoor such as go head, pluck the fruits from the rambutan tree. It was one of good method for the children who curious and like to learn about it which related to plants subject. it was good for them to gain their knowledge indirectly. Sounds interesting!

If you have your own pet, you can bring it to Green Tomato Cafe always welcome your pet to come. No worries. You can spend time with your pets around the garden. Some more, this place was pet friendly especially they had a special space allocated for dogs.

Wow! This place filled with batik decoration. As we could see a lot of batik decorated at everywhere around the garden. Once we ordered our beverages, there was 3 different drinks which was Ice Lemon Tea (RM10), Health Green Detox (RM12) and Hazenut Latte (RM11). We tried to drink it. So delicious. Quite Nice. Calm our throat!

Green Tomato Cafe provides healthy meals and halal foods. All meals was homemade which prepared by the staffs and owner of this cafe.

Eggs Benedict

One of the top meals served which was Eggs Benedict (RM18) that my friends and I really love to eat it. So poach after we bite eggs and enjoyed to eat it. It contains potatoes and poached egg on the toast with hollandaise sauce and cherry tomatoes. So drooling! Make us want to eat it more. Like to eat eggs? This dishes was highly recommendation.

Chicken Burger

Other meal was Chicken Burger (RM18) topped with cheese sauce and Mayo included vegetables which added up with french fries and salad.So enjoyed to bite chicken and it was quite delicious. It was different taste from other burger because it was handmade burger. Imgained that we ate it at the garden of our house.

BBQ Rosemary Lemon Chicken Whole Leg

In addition, BBQ Menu Promotion from 1st January until 29th February. There was few choice of BBQ menu. We choose two meals to share. It was BBQ Rosemary Lemon Chicken Whole Leg (+-250g ) RM22. Wow. The big boneless Chicken make us almost full. It served with green salad and potatoes. Quite crunchy and delicious.

BBQ Black Pepper Chicken Sausages

Another dishes was BBQ Black Pepper Chicken Sausages RM18. Wow. The sausages was very long and big and green salad and potatoes. We like to eat the sausages so much. Despite we almost very full but we managed to finish it. Mouthwatering! Anyways, there was many kinds of meals that you could order and choose on the white board menu. Then you could enjoy to eat great foods and great drinks along.

Lastly, we had a dessert to eat 3 different slice of cakes which was Oreo Cheese cake, Velvet cake and Chocolate muffins. The price was RM10 for cake and RM5 for muffins. Really enjoyed to eat sweet cake. It was not too sweet but delicious. All cake and muffins was homemade foods! Make us happy and we also drink our beverages again.

Latte Coffee "Thank You"

Wow! A beautiful art on coffee which displayed "Thank You" for Mocha and Latte coffee (RM12 and 10 respectively). It makes us smile when saw the word. Really sweet! My friend love to drink tea named Infusion Morroccan Mint and it had a cool. Just priced Rm10.

Thank you, Green Tomato Cafe where they gave us a warm feeling and served the great meals and coffee. We really enjoyed to dine at the natural environment and filled with green & fresh atmosphere. Anyways, a kid was really captured my heart because she was too cute. She was daughter of the owner of Green Tomato Cafe. Overall, I had a wonderful time with my friends. Thanks so much so much to them.
