KafeBali @ Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor

Aww...What a lovely restaurant that piqued my interest. So far, I have not visited Bali. However,  this location left me with a strong impression of the Bali ambiance. If you have never been to Bali. No worries, you may go eat at Kafe Bali in Puchong, which will give you the impression that you are now travelling to Bali. Just experience what it would be like to be this moment. Awesome!

According to their Facebook page, this Cafe opened in April, few months ago. I was surprised and amazed by the Kafe Bali's environment and decor after entering this CafeThe majority of the design is based on a tropical paradise with a Bali theme. In particular, the hanging bird's nest seats that are displayed in the cafe's eating room truly drew my attention.  As a result, it conveys to us the mood and vibe of Bali.

However, if we take a brief look at the menu, it takes some time to make a choice because the menu is rather unique. Finally, we decide to pick something out and share it together. Guess what food we chose? Sop Jamur(RM18.00) is one of the meals that we chose; you may be wondering what it is. It is the soup with which we are all familiar, Mushroom soup, but it has a distinct flavour and texture. It is a creamy soup served with Roasted Garlic Croutons and a pinch of Sambal Goreng. From the start, each of us was given a glass of Pandan Water. Grassier than regular water, it served as a good buffer against the strong Balinese flavours that eventually arrived.

Additionally, Siap Agilo Olio(RM30.00) pasta was served with marinated chicken that had a bali-inspired flavour and was made with garlic and shallot. This is a new flavour for me. It was my first time experiencing it. Green Apple Splash(RM17.00) is a syrup that has sparkling soda on top and is topped with fruits and mint leaves. The beverage is pretty tasty.

While we wait for the food to be served, I'm enjoying the opportunity to explore the area and taking photos of the surroundings because there is a great spot for instagramable photos there! I am confident that you will be amazed and delighted by this location. Not only that, you can order some pastries and pair them with a cup of coffee to enjoy your tea time.

Even though we haven't tried a wide range of the dishes, I imagine they must be extremely tasty! Anyway, I am having a blast exploring the Balinese atmosphere, which is pretty fun. If you have never travelled to Bali, just stop by and taste the delicious Balinese cuisine. Bring your cherished loved ones and friends; it will be more enjoyable.
