Stacks Malaysia, Japanese Sushi @ SS15, Subang Jaya

Recently, my good friend and I visited a new restaurant on SS 15, Subang Jaya. It launched in December of last year. Despite the fact that it is a hidden gem, the location should be easy to find and discover because it is right next to a well-known college, INTI University College. Right now, we can't wait to try Japanese cuisine. Let's check out this restaurant.

According to this restaurant concept, they provide affordable, satisfying, and innovative Japanese fusion to anyone who enjoys eating Japanese cuisine. The atmosphere is quite cozy and ambiance. No worries, you can get a variety of sushi for RM1.90 or RM2.90 per plate. Aside from that, they offer a diverse menu that includes appetizers, sashimi, maki, menmono, and donburi dishes.

Awww...We are extremely fortunate to be able to try a special new menu prepared by Stacks Malaysia. In conjunction with Ramadan, which is only available for a limited time. Curious???

Nasi Lemak Maki Stacks(RM15.90). As is well known, Nasi Lemak is one of Malaysia's most beloved and best dishes. So they create a rice roll in the form of Nasi Lemak. I tried to eat it once. The flavor is quite pleasant, especially because it is slightly spicy. Despite the fact that they use Japanese rice, it still has a Nasi Lemak flavor. Enjoying the miniature Nasi Lemak sushi makes me happy.

Sarang Burung Stacks (RM8.90) is a one-of-a-kind dish that features a golden fried egg surrounded by Kani topping. Of course, it appears to be fried daikon in the shape of a bird's nest.  It is best when served with mayonnaise sauce. It enhances the flavor. Delicious!

Stacks Yaki Udon/Ramen(RM14.90). It is a well-known dish that is stir-fried with udon noodles and a mixture of various meats and vegetables over a soy sauce base. The taste is still good.

Paitan Chicken Ramen Stacks(RM14.90). Ramen is served with a marinated chicken aroma broth that has a chicken flavor and is known as Paitan Soup. Thus, it is a one-of-a-kind broth, and the taste is quite good and delicious once consumed.

Aside from that, Asama Sashimi(RM18.90) is a raw and fresh seafood dish that includes Sashimi, Salmon, White Tuna, and Octopus. Kaisen Don(RM19.90) is served with sushi rice topped with ebbiko, shrimp, salmon, white tuna, octopus, and a raw egg. It should be mixed with a soy sauce base. We also tried to eat Salmon Head Teriyaki/Shioyaki(RM10.90), which is quite tasty and comes with a sweet sauce on top. The price is RM 20 below. Consider a reasonable price. You may order this dish if you enjoy eating it. Besides that, we eat a variety of sushi.

Overall, we had a great time eating, particularly the special dishes prepared by Stacks Malaysia. You can learn more about this restaurant by visiting its Facebook Page and Instagram Page
