Fox Paradox Cafe @ Jalan Ampang, Selangor

It's been a while. What a beautiful day. My good friend and I can't wait to see places we have never imagined before. Once we get there, it leaves an indelible impression on us. Guess where we are going? Fox Paradox is a cafe at The Grange KL (known as Ampwalk Mall) in Ampang, Selangor. Fox Paradox is highly recommended if you want to find breakfast, brunch, or coffee in the Ampang area. Anyhow, I am incredibly gracious and appreciative to my good friend for bringing me here. This is my first visit to this cafe, as well as my good friend's.

We are both surprised when we explored this cafe. This cafe is Muslim-friendly, and the employees are Muslim as well. The majority of their customers are Muslim. Because we have always explored each cafe before, the majority of them are non-Muslim cafes. As a result, it is a good opportunity for us because it is our curiosity about their meals. 

What is interesting is that the FOX logo attracted my attention because FOX became the logo's main role. Otherwise, I am not sure about the story and history of this unique cafe. So I am not sure what the Fox Paradox is about. The ambiance and environment are quite cosy. Their brunch menu is inspired by a variety of cuisines, including Western, Korean, French, and others.

After taking a quick look at the menu, we decided on three meals to share together. Hash Brown Breakfast Stack is ready. It is a unique meal because we have never seen anything like it before, so we are excited to try it and curious to taste it. It comes with an egg, a tomato, a chicken patty, beef bacon, and plenty of melted cheese sauce. The hashbrown combination is quite good and tasty. I was surprised by the flavor. However, the waffles fries are a little difficult to chew. 

Aside from that, Salmon Carbonara Pasta. It is topped with truffle carbonara, juicy salmon, and shredded parmesan. The pasta has a strong flavor, but it is not bad. The pasta has a strong flavor, but it's not unpleasant. Finally, we chose another side, waffles fries, because we could eat more. However, it turns out that we didn't really enjoy it. It is difficult to bite, as I mentioned earlier.

We decided to try two different beverages because we thought they were quite distinctive and wanted to try them. They are Cinnamon Earl Grey Hojicha and Ajisai Matcha. When I try it, the taste is quite different, and I don't particularly enjoy it. This is, by the way, a completely new experience for me. some people enjoy the beverages in this manner. So it all depends on our preferences and tastes. Thus, the price is a little high. It is advisable if you and your family or friend eat together.

For your information, when we wanted to pay at the cashier, they simply informed us that they only accepted E-Wallet. They do not take cash or credit cards.

Overall, I am thrilled to visit the newly opened cafe where I have never been before, and have a great time unwinding. Once again, thank you so much for inviting me to this cafe, my good friend.
